Vice President - Sales
Working closely with the MITS Sales and Marketing teams and valued partners globally, Fred is focused on MITS business strategy and sales execution. Specializing in identification and execution of sales and marketing plans to promote the MITS solutions and brand in the desired markets and implementing processes to drive effective scaling of MITS sales and marketing efforts.
Prior to joining MITS, Fred was the Vice President of ECM Practice at Prolifics, one of the largest IBM system integrator in the US. Prior to that Fred spent over 10 years with FileNet in both direct and channel sales management positions including the worldwide OEM Sales Manager. As one of the original members of the FileNet channel sales team, Fred was instrumental in helping FileNet grow its channel sales to over $100 Million dollars in late 90s.
Fred Shaygan has over 25 years of experience working with executive leadership and sales management teams at IBM, business partners and strategic customers. Fred has served in a number of Business Development and Sales Management positions for IBM ECM partners for the past 10 years. He has been involved in several successful start-ups/acquisitions and currently provides advisory services to small companies in Southern California.
Fred received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from San Diego State University and MBA from Pepperdine University
