Director - Contact Centers
Sridhar Gollamudi leads the Contact Centers practice at MITS. He has around 22 years of experience in the IT industry and was the founder CEO of Infosage systems, a Contact Centre Management solutions company.
Sridhar has copious experience in setting up IT off-shore operations and has built several teams that he operated and transferred to Contact Center product companies. He successfully implemented BOT models for Aspect helping Aspect build COE for APS division, Virtualization, R&D and Benchmarking teams in India. Under his leadership MITS partnered with major Contact Center resellers of Aspect, Avaya, Genesys, NICE in the USA and the middle-east.
His previous experience earlier to InfoSage was with Softalia, where he discharged the role of Country Manager. He also held the position of COO for Powercom, and was associated in various capacities with Xerox Corporation, Aeronautical Development Agency (ADA) in the past. Sridhar has solid experience in Contact Centers, Finance and Telecom domains.
Sridhar holds a Master’s degree in Computer Applications from Mysore University.
