Mani Deepthi Kantamaneni

Mani Deepthi Kantamaneni is into her 15th year with MITS, having headed the Human Resource Department initially and later moving into the role of Head – Global Consulting Group.
She is responsible for Client Relationship Management involving managing of Client expectations and building a positive working relationship between MITS and the Clients.
Client Retention Strategy forms an important part of her portfolio which she achieves through maintaining Customer Loyalty and long-term Customer Engagement.
At a micro level, she supervises Project Handling which requires an in-depth understanding of the Clients’ Business needs, tapping in-house and other resources and aligning them to the Project Requirements.
She brings in her HR experience to help her team in doing Resource Management for Upgradation of Resource Skillsets, regular Performance Evaluation and Appraisal of Resources, as well as handling their requirements through the Project Life Cycle.
Deepthi’s Client base includes big players like Standard Chartered Bank India, Standard Chartered Bank Malaysia, Standard Chartered Bank Singapore, Franklin Templeton, and GE-Malaysia.
Deepthi is a Management Post Graduate majoring in Marketing and Human Resources.
