FileNet ECM is the formal repository for storing sensitive and confidential documents in the bank. S2O is an application that is being used by various countries to help with quick account opening and processing. This solution leverages the Enterprise Content Management and Business Process Management capabilities of FileNet with image processing, workflow processing including audit trails, Case based SLA management, scanning and archival solution.
What is S2O (Straight to Operations) Program?
The S2O Program is the newest roll-out with FileNet ECM as the backend in the bank. It’s an effective work-around program, involving large number of user base. It has tremendous functional scope to manage and automate Account opening, servicing and retrieval processes, through the FileNet image processing and workflow capabilities. With S2O single entry several legacy imaging solutions which were being used by the countries are being de-commissioned in phases
