Migration of around 120 million documents from Workbench
(DocuFlow) to IBM FileNet P8 Repository

Data copy, Data extraction and migration shared and performed across 5 migration servers
Without disturbing the Existing Workbench application, Migration Utility continued the migration of documents to FileNet.
Migration was able to run based on various filters – Process / workflow, Folder, and Date range.
Multi threaded application – run upto 20 threads in single server.
Ad-Hoc Migration capability to enable business users to migrate any documents based on specific meta data.
On demand reports generation
Configurable Workbench and FileNet property mapping done before starting the migration process.
Data enhancement to the existing documents was performed based on the business requirement
Data cleanup also done by the migration utility.
Migration tool migrated around 450,000 documents per day – average size of each document was 300KB.
